The main shipping port for Southland and Invercargill is the Port of Bluff, again just a 20 minute drive. Bluff is also a thriving fishing village and is the gateway to one of New Zealand's best kept secrets, Stewart Island.

The adventure capital of the world Queenstown is an easy 2 hour drive North and Fiordland National Park is a similar distance.

Within easy distance of lakes, rivers and the sea Invercargill offers that perfect place to either live in or invest in rental properties.
