My BackgroundI entered the Real Estate industry after a successful career in Sales and Management. The previous 6 years as the manager of Smith & Smith Autoglass and prior to that, management and sales roles with Lucas Service. In 2001 my wife Tania and I embarked on building our own home which was an owner managed project. We both enjoyed the experience and are very proud of the result. Along with building and landscaping, other hobbies include golf and automotive mechanics. I also did a short spell in Pre 65 Saloon car racing, the results of which are not mentionable. Although my professional background is predominantly automotive, I believe dealing with people and providing excellence in customer service is the same regardless of the product or industry. The main motive of my career change was to return to the challenges and rewards of sales but more importantly the satisfaction of dealing face to face with people of all walks of life. I have a genuine interest in homes, old and new which is another reason I changed my career path. Now my goal is to provide clients with service well beyond their expectations while obtaining successful results. To date my background has been invaluable by taking a business minded approach to satisfying both buyers and sellers.
